Apex buys Jacksonville IOS

ACQUISITION: APEX makes 1st acquisition with 4.6 acre IOS in Jacksonville. APEX IOS has made its first acquisition with 7800 Old Kings Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The property features a 20,000 SF warehouse. Steven Bentolila with Bento Property Group and Solomon Michailow with S2 Property Group facilitated the transaction. Alex Olshansky and Steve Ruimy led the APEX team, which seeks to invest in mission-critical IOS assets across the US.

R&G sells Peoria Illinois IOS

DISPOSITION: Sheehan | Schumacher sells 1.57 acre IOS in Peoria, IL, for $1.5M. The Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team at Rein & Grossoehme has facilitated the sale of 8607-8637 North 77th Drive in Peoria, Illinois. Jack Hansen, Max Schumacher, and Patrick Sheehan represented the seller in the transaction.

L&A sells Charlotte IOS

DISPOSITION: APEX Investment Property Group sells 2.39 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC. The APEX Investment Property Group has facilitated the sale of 3405 Green Park Circle in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property features 13,036 SF of industrial improvements. Jon-Michael Brock, Alex Whittemore, and Katya Mitro with the APEX Investment Property Group at Lee & Associates represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

Jadian buys Tampa IOS

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 3.2 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. Jadian IOS has acquired 4206 North 68th Street in Tampa, Florida. The property features a 3,000 SF shop/warehouse building, plus a 2,150 SF office. Justin Fletcher, Alex Stahl, and Daniel Schuchinsky led the Jadian deal team.

Catalyst buys VA IOS

ACQUISITION: Catalyst Investment Partners buys 1.6 acre IOS in Northern VA. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 8250 Chatsworth Drive in Manassas, Virginia. The property features a 7,249 SF service facility. Noah Goldstein and Connor Brophy led the Catalyst deal team in the transaction.

FINANCING: Alterra IOS closes $100M fund-level revolving credit facility. Alterra IOS has announced the closing of a $100M revolving credit facility with the Bank of Montreal (BMO). The initial backing for the funding is a portfolio of 27 IOS properties located in 17 states, and the funds will help Alterra continue to grow its portfolio. Scott Whittle and Kate Mooney led the Alterra deal team. The BMO team included Marty Kearney and Kim Liautaud.
