NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 79 AC national IOS portfolio for $111M. Realterm has acquired a portfolio of 22 IOS properties located in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. The properties include 14 maintenance facilities, 7 trans-load buildings, and 1 truck terminal, totaling 324,903 SF. The Realterm deal team included Joe Noon, Arnie Capute, and Ed Brickley. Nick Murphy with Eastdil Secured represented the seller, Axis Partners, in the transaction. The Axis deal team included Crawford Arnold.

DISPOSITION: VanCamp sells 6.57 AC IOS in Jacksonville, FL, for $5.75M. VanCamp Commercial Properties has facilitated the sale of 12163-12235 New Berlin Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The property includes 14,740 SF of industrial and office improvements. Kyle VanCamp led the VanCamp deal team.

DISPOSITION: Lober sells 5.25 AC with IOS in Tampa metro for $5.65M. Lober Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 11805 FL-54 in Odessa, Florida. The low-coverage property features a 27,300 SF cross-dock facility. The buyer was Brightpoint Holdings Inc. Jason McCormick with Lober Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 9 AC IOS in Denver metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 7200 Eagle Boulevard in Longmont, Colorado. The property includes 9,800 SF of building improvements. Parker Pearson and E. Liam Loftus led the Alterra deal team. Michael Kraus with Malman Real Estate facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 1.5 AC IOS in Miami area. Jadian IOS has acquired 9550 Northwest 77th Avenue in Hialeah Gardens, Florida. The property is located less than 7 miles from Miami Intl. Airport. The Jadian deal team included Matt Perlmutter, Alex Stahl, Sara Swift, and Daniel Schuchinsky.

LEASE SIGNED: Metz Industrial Group leases 1.6 AC IOS in Elizabeth, NJ. The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. has facilitated the leasing of 869-871 Julia Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The property features a 4,225 SF maintenance facility. Jordan Metz, Benito Abbate, and James Friel with MIG represented the tenant, Northeastern Lumber Building Supply, in the transaction. The landlord, Elberon Development Group, was represented in-house by Terry Armstrong.
