ACQUISITION: Marcus & Millichap sell 6.13 acre IOS in Houston area for $4.4M. Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of 12825 Upland Way in Baytown, Texas. The property includes a 20,042 SF warehouse. Nick Geaneotes and Derrick Dougherty with The Dougherty Team of M&M represented the buyer in the transaction. Peter Bauman and Tivon Moffitt with M&M Institutional Property Advisors represented the seller.

DISPOSITION: Coldwell Banker and Colliers sell 5.53 acre IOS in PA for $1.33M. Coldwell Banker and Colliers have facilitated the sale of 4 Keener Drive in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The property features a 1,000 SF office building along with 3.5 acres of fully-paved and fenced IOS space. Vasiliki Truong and Vincenzo Ferranti with Coldwell Banker represented the buyer, with assistance from Jasmin Osojkić. Tom Golarz with Colliers represented the seller.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 1.9 acre IOS in Lakewood, WA. Jadian IOS has acquired 3810-3816 84th Street Southwest in Lakewood, Washington. The property features a 5,620 SF service facility. The Jadian deal team included Kees t’Sas, Alex Stahl, John Grib, and Daniel Schuchinsky.

DISPOSITION: CushWake sells 2.63 acre IOS in Denver metro area. Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of 6691 Colorado Boulevard in Commerce City, Colorado. The property features a 22,414 SF industrial building and is currently leased to Caliber Collision. The CushWake deal team of Matt Trone, Steve Hager, and Joey Trinkle represented the seller in the transaction. Paul Kahn and Rachel Canella with Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Bay Street Capital buys 3.4 acre IOS in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Bay Street Capital has acquired 1212 North Stemmons Freeway in Lewisville, Texas. The property features a 13,072 SF service facility. The Bay Street deal team was led by Joe Buonopane, Jeremy Stenberg, and Matt Wiener.

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 2.1 acre IOS in San Diego, CA. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 9379 Frost-Mar Place in San Diego, California. The property features a 15,000 SF lean-to structure and a 1,000 SF freestanding office. The Colliers deal team was led by Evan McDonald and Kurtis Blanchard.
