Alterra buys Chicago IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2.2 acre IOS in Chicago area for $3.5M. Alterra IOS has acquired 125 West Boeger Drive in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The property features a 27,200 SF maintenance shop and office plus a concrete yard. Bill Lussow with Bespoke Commercial Real Estate represented the seller and was the only broker in the transaction. The Alterra deal team was led by Parker Pearson. For leasing inquiries, contact Patrick Turner and Ned Frank with Colliers.

Matthews sells Colorado Springs IOS

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 1.35 acre IOS in Colorado Springs, CO. Matthews represented the seller in the disposition of 1255 Valley Street in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The property is one of the last pieces of undeveloped industrial land in the COS airport market. The Matthews deal team included Jack Kuzio and Spencer Mason. Greg Knott and Earl Duffy with Unique Properties represented the all-cash 1031 Exchange buyer.

L&A sells South Carolina IOS

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells 12 acre IOS in Upstate South Carolina. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 2497 Nazareth Road in Welford, South Carolina. There were 2 buyers: JGR Equipment Rental & Sales acquired 7 acres with a 12,000 SF maintenance facility, while Spartan Fire & Emergency Apparatus purchased 5 acres. L&A’s Jordan Skellie represented the seller, White Oak Industrial. Matthew Reynolds, also with L&A, represented JGR Equipment.

NAI Robert Lynn sells Dallas area IOS

DISPOSITION: NAI Robert Lynn sells 7.6 acre IOS in Dallas, TX metro area. NAI Robert Lynn has brokered the sale of 1313-1401 West College Avenue in Carrollton, Texas. The property features a 9,567 SF industrial building. The NAI team of Chase Miller, Brian Denning, and Rick Medinis represented both sides of the transaction.

L&A leases Inland Empire IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 0.91 acre IOS in the Inland Empire. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 1910 Huntington Drive in Upland, California. The property consists of a fully-fenced and paved yard. Ron Mgrublian represented the landlord in the transaction.
