IOS Daily - January 6 - Realterm buys 29 acre truck terminal in Atlanta
Realterm buys Atlanta IOS. North Park buys Florida IOS. Panther and Bang sell Indiana IOS. Bussel Realty sells Baltimore IOS. DSI buys Denver IOS. Freight Ninja opens Memphis location. Six new IOS deals.

NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 29.1 acre truck terminal in Atlanta, GA. Realterm has acquired 2704 Bouldercrest Road in Atlanta, Georgia. The property features a 31,200 SF truck terminal and an 11,500 SF maintenance building plus 9 acres of fully-paved IOS space. The Realterm deal team included Ed Brickley, Arnie Capute, Derek Fish, Ben Andreycak, Colin O’Brien, Katie Legue, and Benjamin King. Douglas Biggs, Lewis Sloan, and Grant Cochran with Colliers facilitated the deal and represented the seller.
ACQUISITION: North Park buys 4.97 acre low-coverage site in Melbourne, FL. North Park Ventures has acquired 3161 Skyway Circle in Melbourne, Florida. The property features a 48,000 SF warehouse as well as 36,500 SF of covered storage canopies. Prior to closing, the North Park team secured a lease for the majority of the property and an LOI for the remaining portion. The North Park deal team included Robert Sekula, Frank Turk, Kyle Solomakha, and Gediminas Bulota. Jim Blanda and Charlie Keeney with Industrial Storage Brokers facilitated the sale.
DISPOSITION: Panther and Bang sell 3.92 acre IOS in Gary, Indiana. Panther Capital Group’s Guillermo De Nicolas and Ruben Larrea and Bang Realty’s Brian Brockman represented the seller in the disposition of 143 Blaine Street in Gary, Indiana. The property includes an 18,400 SF industrial building. David Lane with Burr & Temkin represented the buyer in the transaction.
ACQUISITION: BRC’s MIG represents buyer of 2.7 acre IOS in Baltimore, MD. The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp (BRC) represented the buyer in the acquisition of 6330 Erdman Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. The property features a 9,000 SF truck terminal and sold for $2.9 million. The MIG deal team included Jordan Metz, Benito Abbate, and James Friel. The seller was Jeremy Landsman of Reba Holdings.
ACQUISITION: Downing Street Investments buys 2.1 acre IOS in Denver, CO. Downing Street Investments (DSI) has acquired 5060 Havana Street in Denver, Colorado. The property features a 22,119 SF industrial building. The deal was structured as a sale-leaseback to the tenant who has occupied the property for more than 25 years. The DSI team included Andrew Davis. Neil McCahill with Tailwater Real Estate represented DSI in the deal.
TRUCK PARKING: Freight Ninja opens new Memphis, TN location. Freight Ninja is taking reservations for its new location at 3650 Tulane Road in Memphis, Tennessee. The facility is paved, well lit, and fully fenced and includes more than 180 stalls. The Freight Ninja team is led by John Borsellino and Chris Lantz.
