NEWS ROUNDUP

Stubblebine sells New England IOS

DISPOSITION: Stubblebine sells 2 IOS properties in New England for $7.75M. The Stubblebine Co. has facilitated the sale of 2 IOS properties in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In both transactions, Matty Drouillard and Stephen Flynn led the Stubblebine deal team. The properties are:

  • 707 Park East Drive in Woonsocket, Rhode Island — 3.12 acres with a 10,800 SF building, sold to Alterra IOS. Sold for $2.5M.

  • 1465 Main Street in Millis, Massachusetts — 9.16 acres with 10,000 SF of improvements, sold to Open Industrial. Sold for $5.25M.

Jadian buys Austin IOS

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 4.9 acre IOS in Austin, TX. Jadian IOS has acquired 9807 Brown Lane in Austin, Texas. The property features a 21,750 SF industrial service facility. The Jadian deal team included Kees t’Sas, Alex Stahl, Matt Perlmutter, and Daniel Schuchinsky.

CBRE sells Twin Cities IOS

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells 5.56 acre IOS in the Twin Cities area. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 424 Farwell Avenue in South St. Paul, Minnesota. The property features 2 industrial buildings totaling 19,000 SF. Myles Harnden and Hunter Weir with CBRE represented the seller, Road Ready Truck & Trailer Repair LLC, in the transaction. Dan Friedner with Newmark represented the buyer.

Rockbrook buys DFW IOS

ACQUISITION: Rockbrook Equity buys 3 acre IOS in DFW Metroplex. Rockbrook Equity has acquired 3910 East McKinney Street in Denton, Texas. The property includes an 18,500 SF industrial building. Jon Birnbrey and Cole Horowitz led the Rockbrook team in the transaction. Chris Wong with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services facilitated the deal and is currently marketing the property for lease.

Catalyst buys NoVA IOS

ACQUISITION: Catalyst Investment Partners buys 4.3 acre IOS in Northern VA. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 8600 Quarry Road in Manassas, Virginia. The property features a fully paved and graveled IOS yard with heavy industrial zoning. Noah Goldstein and Connor Brophy led the Catalyst deal team in the transaction.

L&A leases Chicagoland IOS for Transport Properties

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 7.17 acre Chicagoland IOS for Transport Properties. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 1445 Oakton Street in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The low-coverage property includes an 11,750 SF office/showroom building and a 12,500 SF maintenance facility. Chris Nelson with Lee & Associates of Illinois represented the owner, Transport Properties, in the transaction. Timothy McCahill led the Transport Properties deal team.
