DISPOSITION: Panther Capital Group sells 7 acre IOS in San Antonio to Alterra. Panther Capital Group has facilitated the sale of 5003 Chive Road in San Antonio, Texas, to Alterra IOS. The property includes a 10,400 SF industrial building. Zachary Pakizer with Panther Capital Group represented both Alterra and the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: First Houston sells 5.15 acre IOS in Houston, TX. First Houston Properties has facilitated the sale of 3807 Oates Road in Houston, Texas. The property includes a 12,071 SF building. James Mashni and Patrick McKiernan with First Houston represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Cawley sells 1.9 acre IOS in Chicagoland. Cawley has facilitated the sale of 9329 Bernice Avenue in Schiller Park, Illinois. The low-coverage property features a 3,634 SF industrial facility. Matt Garland, Andrew Maletich, and Allison Malzone with Cawley represented the seller in the transaction. LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 2.24 acre IOS In Bay Area. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 8977 Railroad Avenue in Oakland, California. The property features an 8,921 SF building and immediate access to I-880 and the Port of Oakland. Nick Ousman, Greig Lagomarsino, and Chris Stauber with Colliers represented both the tenant and the landlord, Circle Industrial, in the transaction. The Circle Industrial deal team included Patrick Maloney and Barry Gibbons.

FINANCING: Matthews closes $4.05M loan for 2.92 acres in Orlando, FL area. Matthews has arranged an 18-month bridge loan for 907-909 South Charles Richard Beall Boulevard in Debary, Florida. The low-coverage property features 37,000 SF of industrial space plus 1 acre of IOS. The Matthews deal team included Andrew Marcus, Matthew Jones, and Natalie Ricci.
