DISPOSITION: Panther Capital Group sells 7 acre IOS in San Antonio to Alterra. Panther Capital Group has facilitated the sale of 5003 Chive Road in San Antonio, Texas, to Alterra IOS. The property includes a 10,400 SF industrial building. Zachary Pakizer with Panther Capital Group represented both Alterra and the seller in the transaction.

First Houston sells Houston IOS

DISPOSITION: First Houston sells 5.15 acre IOS in Houston, TX. First Houston Properties has facilitated the sale of 3807 Oates Road in Houston, Texas. The property includes a 12,071 SF building. James Mashni and Patrick McKiernan with First Houston represented the seller in the transaction.

Cawley sells Chicago IOS

Colliers sells Bay Area IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 2.24 acre IOS In Bay Area. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 8977 Railroad Avenue in Oakland, California. The property features an 8,921 SF building and immediate access to I-880 and the Port of Oakland.
