NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Apricus/ABR JV buys 9.7 acre site in Houston, TX. Apricus Realty Capital has acquired 15800 Export Plaza in Houston, Texas, in a joint venture with ABR Capital. The low-coverage property includes 4 warehouses and an office building for a total of 89,000 SF. The site is fully leased and located adjacent to George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The Apricus deal team included Matt Haley, Garrett Marler, and Cort Martin. Jason Tangen and Paul Dominique of Colliers represented Apricus in the deal.
DISPOSITION: Colliers brokers sale of 0.91 acre infill IOS in Washington, DC. Colliers represented the seller, Turner Construction Co., in the sale of 2220 25th Place Northeast in Washington, DC. The property features a 10,859 SF warehouse. The Colliers deal team included Adam Schindler and Clay Ellis.
ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 35.4 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. Jadian IOS has acquired 1010 – 1025 Citizens Parkway in Morrow, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The property features 43,000 SF of indoor space, including a 20,000 SF maintenance shop with 14 drive-in doors. The Jadian deal team included Alex Stahl, Kees t’Sas, Daniel Schuchinsky, and Matthew Hennessy.
LEASE SIGNED: Triten signs a 10 year lease on 4.72 acre IOS in Kansas City, MO area. Triten IOS has leased out 1100 Southeast Hamblin Road in Hamblin, Missouri, a Kansas City suburb. The property includes an 8,235 SF industrial building. The new tenant is National Equipment Rental Group. Andrew Wiesemann of Matthews REIS and Henry Weiler of Fischer Weiler Industrial brokered the deal.
LEASE SIGNED: Colliers brokers lease of 4.6 acre IOS in Indianapolis. A Colliers team led by Korey Ryan represented both the landlord and the tenant in the leasing of 235 – 320 Transfer Drive in Indianapolis, Indiana. The site includes a 15,000 SF building. The new tenant is Bay Crane.
