TruCore buys WY IOS portfolio

ACQUISITION: TruCore Industrial buys 19 AC IOS portfolio in Casper, WY. TruCore Industrial has acquired 2185 Old Salt Creek Highway and 1190, 1307, 1813, 2161, and 2327 Coleman Circle in Casper, Wyoming. The portfolio includes 6 buildings totaling 94,030 SF. Zachary Harris led the TruCore deal team.

TCG buys FL IOS

ACQUISITION: Thematic Capital Group buys 6.99 AC IOS portfolio in Florida for $3.4M. Thematic Capital Group (TCG) has acquired 1540 Armstrong Drive in Titusville and 25207 Northwest 8th Lane in Newberry, Florida. The portfolio features 2 industrial facilities totaling 19,755 SF on 6.99 AC. The properties were acquired through an off-market sale-leaseback deal with Alpha-Omega Training & Compliance. Bernard Clevens and Benji Howard led the TCG deal team. Eric Ligman with Bosshardt Realty Services facilitated the transaction.

Metz sells NJ IOS

DISPOSITION: Metz Industrial Group sells 6.2 AC IOS in Aberdeen, NJ. The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. has facilitated the sale of 740 Lloyd Road in Aberdeen, New Jersey. The property includes 3,000 SF of industrial improvements. Jordan Metz, Benito Abbate, and James Friel with MIG represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

Llano sells TX IOS

DISPOSITION: Llano Realty Partners sells 3 AC IOS in San Antonio metro area. Llano Realty Partners has facilitated the sale of 2511 North Heideke Street in Seguin, Texas. The low-coverage property features a 24,000 SF warehouse. Colin McLellan and Cullen Mills with Llano Realty Partners represented the seller in the off-market transaction.

Venture One buys Long Island IOS

ACQUISITION: Venture One buys 2.68 AC IOS on Long Island. Through its VK Industrial VII acquisition fund, Venture One Real Estate has acquired 14 Spence Street in Bay Shore, New York. The property was 100% leased at closing and features a 2,859 SF office building. Steven Bentolila with Bento Property Group represented Venture One in the transaction.

Alterra buys Philly IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2.1 AC IOS in Philadelphia metro area. Alterra iOS has acquired 100 Liberty Lane in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. The property features 8,353 SF of building improvements. Sean Christman led the Alterra IOS deal team. Adam Deeves with Action Commercial Group facilitated the transaction.
