Lee & Associates sells Charlotte IOS

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells 6.35 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC for $2.4M. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 8715 Wilkinson Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property features a 12,000 SF industrial facility. Greg Pieratt, Jack McDermott, Travis Wood, and Philip Mugrage with Lee & Associates Charlotte represented both the buyer and the seller in the off-market transaction.

R&G sells Phoenix area IOS

DISPOSITION: R&G sells 1.67 acre IOS in Phoenix area for $1.7M. The Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team of Rein & Grossoehme (R&G) has facilitated the sale of 10317 East Apache Trail in Apache Junction, Arizona. The property features a 2,740 SF building. The buyer was IOS Southwest LLC. The IOS Southwest deal team was led by David Kinney and Duff J. Hearon. Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen with Sheehan | Schumacher represented both the buyer and the seller, Equity Advisors Group.

Cartage acquires IOS in McAllen, TX

ACQUISITION: Cartage Capital buys 7 acre IOS in McAllen, TX. Cartage Capital Partners has acquired 3801 West Nolana Avenue in McAllen, Texas. The property features an 11,000 SF industrial building and will be incorporated into Cartage’s KnightRider Truck Parking platform. The Cartage team is led by Steffen van Doesburg. Steven Shaw and Steve Thompson with Prosperity Bank assisted with financing the acquisition.

Alterra buys Charleston IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 4.02 acre IOS in North Charleston, SC. Alterra IOS has acquired 2830 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina. The property includes a 9,240 SF maintenance building. Charlie Totten led the Alterra deal team. Alex Shields with Bridge Commercial facilitated the transaction.

Cantex buys Dallas-Fort Worth IOS

ACQUISITION: CanTex buys 2.93 acre IOS in Dallas-Fort Worth area. CanTex has acquired 2411 and 2417 Weaver Street in Haltom City, Texas. The property includes 5,573 SF of office and shop space. Romy Cheema and Sam Cheema lead the CanTex team. Andrew Wiesemann, Murphy Sloan, Caden Strauss, Patrick Nolan, and Jack Lenihan with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services facilitated the off-market transaction.

Colliers leases Jacksonville IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 3.22 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 2355 Imeson Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The property features a 12,000 SF warehouse.
