DISPOSITION: SVN sells 2.62 acre IOS in Inland Empire region for $4.5M. SVN has facilitated the sale of 2305-2375 West Highland Avenue in San Bernardino, California. The property includes a 2,000 SF warehouse. Mohit Uppal with SVN Vanguard represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction, with assistance from Jacob Silverman with Harvest and Tyler Smith with Fidelity National Title.

ACQUISITION: Genesis LLC buys 45 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL. Genesis LLC has acquired 8730 Somers Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The property is located on the St. Johns River and offers paved, fenced, and lit IOS. The Genesis deal team included Michael Hess, Jake Gerber, and Ezra Husney.

ACQUISITION: Timber Hill Group buys 24 acre IOS in Chicagoland. Timber Hill Group has acquired 900 Christina Drive in East Dundee, Illinois. The fully-secured truck parking facility features a 25,427 SF repair shop. Cary Goldman and Ryan Battistoni lead Timber Hill Group.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 6.19 ace IOS in Myrtle Beach, SC metro area. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 3491 Highway 9 East in Little River, South Carolina. The property features 34,600 SF of industrial space and is currently leased to US LBM. Louis Murray, Brett Davis, and Alexander Harrold with Matthews represented both the buyer and the seller in the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 4.63 acre IOS in Greater Boston metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 92 New York Avenue in Framingham, Massachusetts. The property features an 8,520 SF industrial building. Sean Christman and Mark Gannon led the Alterra IOS deal team. Matty Drouillard with The Stubblebine Co. facilitated the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 2.79 acre IOS in San Diego, CA area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 12690 Danielson Court in Poway, California. The property features a 9,050 SF industrial building. Jake Rubendall, Rusty Williams, and Chris Roth with Lee & Associates represented the landlord, 5-Ronin. The 5-Ronin deal team was led by Benji Miller. Steffan Morris and Bobby Martinez, also with Lee & Associates, represented the tenant, EquipmentShare.
