Zenith buys Nashville IOS

ACQUISITION: Zenith IOS buys 4 acre IOS in Nashville, TN. Zenith Industrial Outdoor Storage has acquired 870 Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville, Tennessee. The property features a 6,000 SF maintenance shop currently leased to Maxim Crane Works. The Zenith deal team was led by James Baker and Peter Cannon. Alessandra Bianchi of ONE Commercial Real Estate sourced the opportunity for Zenith.

Avison Young sells Indianapolis IOS

ACQUISITION: Avison Young brokers sale of 3.12 acre IOS in Indianapolis, IN. Avison Young has facilitated the sale of 2460 North Arlington Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana. The property features 2 industrial buildings totaling 20,970 SF. Peter Seoane with Avison Young represented the buyer, Capital City Fence Co., in the transaction. Nick Spegal with Re/Max Realty Group represented the seller.

Lee & Associates facilitates Inland Empire IOS sale

ACQUISITION: Lee & Associates facilitates sale of 6.27 acre Inland Empire IOS. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 19047-19083 Mermack Avenue in Lake Elsinore, California. The property features a 13,000 SF industrial building. John Seoane and Ryan De Guzman with Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the transaction.

Timber Hill sells IOS in Gary, Indiana

DISPOSITION: Timber Hill Group sells 5.15 acre IOS in Chicagoland. Timber Hill Group has facilitated the sale of 333 Blaine Street in Gary, Indiana. The property features a 13,660 SF office and truck repair facility with easy access to downtown Chicago. Cary Goldman and Ryan Battistoni lead the Timber Hill Group team.

CBRE leases Orlando, Florida IOS

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 6.4 acre IOS in Orlando, FL to Rivian. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 4000 Shader Road in Orlando, Florida. The property includes a 34,938 SF industrial building. The new tenant is EV maker Rivian. David Murphy and Monica Wonus with CBRE represented the landlord, Ultimate Realty, in the transaction. Danielle Beyer and David Perez with Cushman & Wakefield represented Rivian.
