ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 8 acres of IOS in Houston, TX. Alterra IOS has acquired 7470 Miller Road Number 2, 1970 South Starpoint Drive, and 1960 South Starpoint Drive in Houston, Texas. The properties total 8 acres and feature nearly 40,000 SF of industrial space, including a 20,982 SF building. The Alterra deal team was led by Gavin Weaver. Jack Zalta and Emil Shabot with Kassin Sabbagh Realty represented the seller, Old House Capital, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: KLNB sells 20 acre IOS in Baltimore, MD metro area for $5M. KLNB has facilitated the sale of 4834 Old Philadelphia Road in Belcamp, Maryland. The property features a 13,981 SF industrial building. Christopher P. Wright with KLNB represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Outpost buys 27 acre IOS in Dallas, TX. Outpost has acquired 1501 North Walton Walker Boulevard in Dallas, Texas. The property features a 154-door cross-dock facility previously used by FedEx. The Outpost deal team included Josh Neill and Ari Bixhorn.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 5.4 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ. Jadian IOS has acquired 1313 and 1318 North 25th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 5,846 SF maintenance shop. The Jadian deal team included Kees t’Sas, Alex Stahl, John Grib, and Daniel Schuchinsky.

ACQUISITION: Linville Team brokers sale of future IOS sites in Greensboro, NC. Linville Team Partners has facilitated the sale of 542 Farragut Street and 2437 Randleman Road in Greensboro, North Carolina. The properties, which total 11 acres, have been rezoned, and the buyer is developing them for IOS use. The Linville Team Partners deal team was led by Nick Gonzalez.

LEASE SIGNED: National IOS leases 5 acre IOS in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. National IOS has leased 1005 Prosperity Way in Krugerville, Texas. The property features an 11,200 SF industrial building. The tenant is Ewing Outdoor Supply. Trevor Atkins with CBRE facilitated the transaction.
