Marcus & Millichap sells Bronx IOS

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells 1 AC IOS in the Bronx for $10.28M. Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 935 Garrison Avenue in New York, New York. The low-coverage property features a 9,200 SF warehouse. Jakub Nowak, Steven Siegel, and Michael Maldonado with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer for the transaction.

L&A sells CA IOS

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells 3.95 AC IOS in San Diego area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 1615-1621 La Mirada Drive in San Marcos, California. The property includes several buildings totaling 9,800 SF. Chris Roth, Rusty Williams, and Jake Rubendall with Lee & Associates represented the seller in the transaction.

JLL sells Denver IOS

DISPOSITION: JLL sells 4.25 AC property with IOS in Denver for $6.5M. JLL has facilitated the sale of 3770 Joliet Street in Denver, Colorado. The property features a 24,837 SF industrial building plus 2.6 AC of IOS space. The buyer was Roofing Wholesale Co. Inc. James McGill and Christopher Schultz with JLL represented the seller in the transaction.

Corepoint sells VA small bay

DISPOSITION: Corepoint RE sells 3.3 AC IOS in Chesapeake, VA. Corepoint Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 900 Business Park Drive in Chesapeake, Virginia. The low-coverage property features a 14,400 SF industrial service facility. Abe Smouha and Marc Smouha of Corepoint RE led the off-market transaction.

Alluvion buys Houston IOS

ACQUISITION: Alluvion Partners buys 1.33 AC IOS in Houston metro area. Alluvion Partners has acquired a low-coverage industrial property in the Houston metro area. The property features a 7,500 SF building and was leased to Hydromax USA prior to closing. Dean Taylor led the Alluvion Partners deal team. James Mashni and Patrick McKiernan with First Houston facilitated the transaction. Andrew Taguwa with JLL brought the tenant.

Newmark leases Denver IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Newmark leases 2.07 AC IOS in Denver. Newmark has facilitated the leasing of 4600 Monaco Street in Denver, Colorado. The low-coverage property features a 16,858 SF building. Mike Viehmann, Michael Wafer Jr., Mike Wafer, and Reagan Todd with Newmark represented the landlord, Steel Peak Properties. Taylor Roy with Malman Real Estate represented the tenant, Decks & Doors.
