ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 6 AC IOS in South St. Paul, MN. Jadian IOS has acquired 1201 and 1301 Concord Street in South St. Paul, Minnesota. The property features 3 shop buildings and a stand-along office building totaling 14,000 SF. The Jadian deal team included John Grib, Alex Stahl, Sara Swift, and Daniel Schuchinsky.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells 2.46 AC IOS in Bay Area of CA. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 2151 Piedmont Way in Pittsburg, California. The property features a 7,480 SF industrial building. Brian Slocum with Lee & Associates Walnut Creek Commercial Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 2.4 AC low-coverage asset in Houston metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 2801 and 2805 Sens Road in La Porte, Texas. The low-coverage property includes 2 buildings totaling 30,931 SF. Gavin Weaver, Liz Scott, and Bo Ricks led the Alterra deal team. Luke Hoyl and TJ Giselbach with Virtue Real Estate Partners facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: SRS Industrial brokers sale of 2.25 AC in Phoenix metro. SRS Industrial has facilitated the sale of 19013 South Arizona Avenue in Chandler, Arizona. The property features 2.25 AC of fully fenced industrial land. Ivan Garcia, Jeffrey Garza Walker, and Heather Rio with SRS Industrial represented the buyer in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Lober Real Estate leases 2 AC IOS in Tampa area. Lober Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 8801 Maislin Drive in Temple Terrace, Florida. Devin Beeler and Robbie Lober with Lober RE represented the landlord in the transaction. Jimmy Johnson with Foundry Commercial represented the tenant.

LEASE SIGNED: IOS Southwest, Open Industrial lease out 1.5 AC IOS in Phoenix. Joint venture partners IOS Southwest LLC and Open Industrial have leased out 1950 East Deer Valley Road in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 6,300 SF shop building. The new tenant is Jengwang Project LLC. Jack Hansen with Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate facilitated the transaction.
