DISPOSITION: King Industrial sells 14 acre IOS in Atlanta, GA metro area. King Industrial Realty has facilitated the sale of 4806, 4791, and 4793 Wright Drive in Smyrna, Georgia. The property includes several industrial buildings totaling 75,908 SF. Wilson Covington and Randall Bryan with King Industrial Realty represented the seller, J. Kendrick of MEK Business Park, in the transaction. John Gosnell with Strategic Real Estate Partners represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Ridgecut Road buys 2 acre industrial service facility in NJ. Ridgecut Road has acquired 34 Edgeboro Road in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The low-coverage property features a 10,000 maintenance facility with drive-in capability. Scott Shalek led the Ridgecut Road deal team. Jordan Avanzato with NAI Hanson and Jason Lundy with JLL facilitated the off-market sale. TJ Sullivan and Mitch Rothstein with Cushman & Wakefield arranged the acquisition financing. Dean Brody and Gregg Brody with JLL are currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: Industrial Outdoor Ventures buys 4.4 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ. Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) has acquired 2115 South 16th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features 6 buildings for a total of 33,266 SF and is currently leased to Action Equipment and Scaffold Co. and Johnson Controls. Michael Kitlica with Cushman & Wakefield represented IOV in the transaction. The IOV deal team included Tom Barbera, Nick Firth, Eric Johnson, Benjamin Backer, Anthony DeLaurentis, Mike Rotolo, Raymond Keeler, and Tina Torossian.

ACQUISITION: CushWake facilitates sale of 10 acre IOS in Seguin, TX. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of 7474 West I-10 in Seguin, Texas. The property features several buildings totaling 32,200 SF. Carlos Marquez and Sergio Acosta with CushWake represented the buyer in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Matson RE Co. sells site with IOS in Richland, WA for $3.4M. Keller Williams affiliate Matson Real Estate Co. has facilitated the sale of 2517 Logan Street in Richland, Washington. The property features a multi-tenant 11,760 SF small bay industrial facility plus 1.25 AC of fenced industrial outdoor storage. The Matson RE Co. deal team was led by Scott Matson. LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 3.5 acre IOS in Athens, TN area. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 4989 US-11 in Calhoun, Tennessee. Barrett Kibble with CBRE represented the landlord and sourced the tenant for the transaction.
