NEWS ROUNDUP

DISPOSITION: R&G sells 5.09 acre IOS in Phoenix metro area for $6.02M. Rein & Grossoehme’s Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team has facilitated the sale of 301 North 56th Street in Chandler, Arizona. The property features 2 shop buildings totaling 20,576 SF. Jack Hansen, Max Schumacher, and Patrick Sheehan with R&G represented both the buyer and the seller, Opus, in the transaction. The Opus deal team included Matthew Visnansky, Ben Pobuda, and Michael George.

ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 6.72 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC metro area. Open Industrial has acquired 1244 Garner Bagnal Boulevard in Statesville, North Carolina. The property includes a recently renovated 20,200 SF warehouse. Matt Potolicchio and Chad Pitts led the Open Industrial deal team. Megan Anderson with Woodlock Capital facilitated the sale. Gray Gaines and Abby Rights with Avison Young are currently marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: Entre Commercial sells 5.5 acre IOS in Chicagoland. Entre Commercial Realty has facilitated the sale of 1201 West Washington Street in West Chicago, Illinois. The property features an 11,185 SF building. Brad Bullington with Entre Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 12.5 acre IOS in Memphis, TN. Alterra IOS has acquired 4727 Pleasant Run Road in Memphis, Tennessee. The property features 10,673 SF of building improvements. Parker Pearson and E. Liam Loftus led the Alterra deal team. Ben Ricketts with Colliers represented Alterra in the transaction and is currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: Dayton Street Partners buys 2.5 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. Dayton Street Partners has acquired 7220 Oakley Industrial Boulevard in Union City, Georgia. The low-coverage property includes a 30,000 SF distribution facility. The Dayton Street deal team included Howard Wedren. Stephen Bridges with OnPace Partners represented the seller in the transaction and will market the property for lease.

LEASE SIGNED: Klabin leases 2 acre IOS in Los Angeles area. The Klabin Company has facilitated the leasing of 87,008 SF at 17201 South Figueroa Street in Gardena, California. Tyler Rollema and Matt Stringfellow with Klabin represented the tenant, Southwest Boulder & Stone, in the transaction.
