B&D buys San Antonio IOS

ACQUISITION: B&D Holdings buys 4 AC IOS in San Antonio. B&D Holdings has acquired 4338 Profit Drive in San Antonio, Texas, in a sale-leaseback deal. The low-coverage property includes a 22,000 SF industrial building and is leased to a nationally recognized tenant. The B&D deal team included Martin Segal, Danny Harrison, Christian Galanti, Mike Burney, Devon Geraghty, Amy Repole, and Jack Walton. Kyle Harding with JLL represented the seller.

Newmark sells Denver IOS

DISPOSITION: Newmark sells 3.18 AC IOS in Denver. Newmark has facilitated the sale of 12570 East 39th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The property features a 17,534 SF industrial facility that is currently leased to Brightview Landscapes. The buyer was Alterra, led by Parker Pearson and E. Liam Loftus. Bruce Mawhinney, Mike Viehmann, and Mike Wafer with Newmark represented the seller in the transaction.

Matthews sells DFW IOS

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 3.4 AC IOS in Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Matthews has facilitated the sale of 1212 North Stemmons Freeway in Lewisville, Texas. The property features a 13,000 SF building and is leased to Camping World. Louis Murray, Brett Davis, Jay Reeves, and Alexander Harrold led the Matthews deal team in the off-market transaction.

Midwest CRE Advisors sells KC IOS

DISPOSITION: Midwest CRE Advisors sells 3.43 AC IOS in Kansas City, KS. Midwest CRE Advisors has facilitated the sale of 4448 Speaker Road in Kansas City, Kansas. Logan Freeman led the Midwest CRE Advisors team in representing the seller and procuring the buyer in the off-market transaction.

CushWake leases Las Vegas IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases 10.49 AC IOS in Las Vegas. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 3451, 3501, and 3515 Losee Road and 3500 North Bruce Street in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Jason Griffis and Alma Cuevas with the Cuevas-Griffis Las Vegas Industrial Advisors represented the landlord, Stonemont Financial Group, in the transaction.

Harbor CP leases SC IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Harbor Commercial Partners leases 3.5 AC IOS in North Charleston, SC. Harbor Commercial Partners has facilitated the leasing of 3.5 AC at 2398 Aviation Avenue in North Carolina, South Carolina. Tradd Varner, Todd Garrett, and S. Crawford Riddle with Harbor Commercial Partners represented the tenant, Capital Waste Services LLC.
