ACQUISITION: Miramar Capital buys 15.6 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. Miramar Capital has acquired 6575 Marshall Boulevard in Lithonia, Georgia. The property includes several grade-level service buildings totaling ~60,000 SF and serves as the HQ for CS Truck & Trailer (a subsidiary of Epika Fleet Services). Peter Eichler and Brandon Miller led the Miramar deal team. Nick Peacher and Andrew Ashmore with Stream Realty Partners assisted in the acquisition.

ACQUISITION: Bricktop Capital buys 60 acre IOS in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Bricktop Capital has acquired 1085, 1100, and 1300 Jarvis Road in Saginaw, Texas. The portfolio features 10,000 SF of industrial assets currently leased to national operators. The Bricktop deal team included Mack Prioleau and Graeme Weaver. David Guinn, Martin Grossman, Cameron Deptula, and Austin Russell with Davidson Bogel facilitated the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: Fourth Capital buys 6 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. Fourth Capital has acquired 900 Highway 54 East in Fayetteville, Georgia. The property features 21,200 SF of industrial space. Murray Gray and Braden Payne led the Fourth Capital deal team and are currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 1 acre IOS in Philadelphia metro area. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 1601 Boulevard Avenue in Pennsauken, New Jersey. The low-coverage property features a 13,120 SF industrial building. Connor Brophy led the Catalyst deal team. Adam Dembo with Markeim Chalmers helped structure the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Partners represents Zenith in leasing of 9 acre IOS in DFW area. Partners has facilitated the leasing of 1301 Fulghum Road in Hutchins, Texas. The property features a 7,950 SF shop building plus a 590 SF office building. Langston Sutcliffe with Partners represented the landlord, Zenith IOS, in the transaction.
