ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 5 AC IOS in Raleigh, NC. Jadian IOS has acquired 326 Tryon Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. The property features a 31,150 SF industrial building. The Jadian deal team included Mason Baldwin, Alex Stahl, and Daniel Schuchinsky.

DISPOSITION: Metz Industrial Group sells 4.8 AC in Union, NJ. The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. has facilitated the sale of 1200 Springfield Road in Union, New Jersey. The property features an 18,500 SF service facility. Jordan Metz, Benito Abbate, and James Friel with MIG represented both the buyer, Ridgecut Road, and the seller, RCG Realty, in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: SRS Industrial brokers sale of 3.06 AC IOS in Dallas-Fort Worth area. SRS Industrial has facilitated the sale of 7376 Rendon Bloodworth Road in Mansfield, Texas. Joseph Cooper and Katrina Kieu with SRS Industrial represented the buyer, Castlebridge Partners, in the transaction. Roger Waggoner led the Castlebridge Partners deal team.

ACQUISITION: Steel Peak buys 0.66 AC with IOS in San Diego metro area. Steel Peak has acquired 469 East Mission Road in San Marcos, California. The low-coverage property includes a 2,924 SF industrial service facility. The Steel Peak deal team included Aaron Gill, Spencer Mikles, Derek DeAntonis, Trevan Swierczewski, Pasha Johnson, and Blake Rodgers. Jacob Castro with Matthews facilitated the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases 12 AC IOS in Houston metro area. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 6327 Thompson Road in Baytown, Texas. The property features 35,030 SF of industrial improvements. Kelley Parker and Coe Parker with CushWake represented the landlord, while Shaffer Braun with Partners represented the tenant.

LEASE SIGNED: COARE Industrial leases out 3.75 AC IOS in Baltimore. COARE Industrial has leased out 3300 Annapolis Road in Baltimore, Maryland. The property features a 13,077 SF maintenance facility. Stephen Barry led the COARE deal team. Matthew Curran, Daniel Hudak, Andrew Meeder, and Alton Curry with MacKenzie Cos. facilitated the transaction.
