DISPOSITION: The Overton Group sells 32 acre IOS in Greenville, NC. The Overton Group has facilitated the sale of Mumford Business Park, located at 801 Mumford Road in Greenville, North Carolina. The buyer was Time Equities Inc. The property features 8 buildings totaling 120,000 SF. Jake Viverette with The Overton Group represented the seller, Stout Ventures, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells 1.07 acre IOS in South Amboy, NJ. Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of 2000 Route 35 in South Amboy, New Jersey. The property features a 4,887 SF building.
