DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 9.74 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL for $2.2M. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 17339 Brandy Branch Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The property features 2 metal industrial buildings totaling 14,030 SF. Mike Salik led the Matthews deal team.

DISPOSITION: The Overton Group sells 32 acre IOS in Greenville, NC. The Overton Group has facilitated the sale of Mumford Business Park, located at 801 Mumford Road in Greenville, North Carolina. The buyer was Time Equities Inc. The property features 8 buildings totaling 120,000 SF. Jake Viverette with The Overton Group represented the seller, Stout Ventures, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells 1.07 acre IOS in South Amboy, NJ. Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of 2000 Route 35 in South Amboy, New Jersey. The property features a 4,887 SF building. Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, André Balthazard, and Dan Bottiglieri with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Seven C’s Investment Group LLC, in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 4 acre IOS in Newark, DE. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 742 Stanton Christiana Road in Newark, Delaware. The property features a 9,047 SF service facility. Patrick Mullen and Connor Brophy led the Catalyst deal team.

ACQUISITION: JH Berry facilitates sale of 15 acre IOS in Birmingham, AL area. JH Berry has facilitated the sale of 301 Fleming Road in Pinson, Alabama. The property features 3 metal buildings totaling 40,700 SF. Jake Bottcher, Edwin Moss, and Sonny Potter with JH Berry represented the buyer in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Neil Walter Co. leases 2.3 acre IOS in Tacoma, WA. Neil Walter Co. has facilitated the leasing of 1531-1621 East Portland Avenue in Tacoma, Washington. Nicholas Ratzke with Neil Walter Co. represented the tenant in the transaction. Brandon Gates with Kidder Mathews represented the landlord.
