FUNDING: Priority closes $21.5M bridge loan for 2.87 acre IOS in Austin, TX. Priority Capital Advisory has facilitated a bridge loan for IOS space at 5001 East Ben White Boulevard in Austin, Texas. The lender was EastWest Bank. Zachary Streit with Priority brokered the loan for a PlaceMKR deal team led by Christopher Cortese and Jesse Weber.

DISPOSITION: CushWake sells 2.5 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ for $1.715M. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of 21815 North 16th Street in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 5,000 SF concrete pad with a steel canopy. The CushWake deal team was led by John Pompay and Will Groves.

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 5.58 acre low-coverage site in Phoenix, AZ area. Alterra IOS has acquired 617-645 West Main Street in Mesa, Arizona. The property features 34,225 SF of building improvements and is currently leased to a national tenant. The Alterra deal team was led by Matt McNutt and Morgan Specht. Brandon Kramer and Maxwell Rist with Marcus & Millichap facilitated the sale.

ACQUISITION: Triten buys 14.8 acre IOS in Kansas City, KS. Triten Real Estate Partners has acquired 1134 South 12th Street in Kansas City, Kansas. The property features a 26,931 SF office and maintenance facility. The Triten deal team was led by Keith Gabrielson. Andrew Fischer and Henry Weiler with Fischer Weiler Industrial facilitated the off-market transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: CushWake leases 6 acre IOS in Denver, CO. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 409 West 66th Way in Denver, Colorado. The property includes a 10,570 SF industrial building. Matt Trone, Steve Hager, and Joey Trinkle with CushWake represented the landlord, Imperium Capital, in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: SVN leases 2 acre IOS in the Nashville, TN metro area. SVN has facilitated a 3-year lease for 3108 Blevins Road in Whites Creek, Tennessee. The new tenant is Roy Jorgensen Associates Inc. Matthew Graves led the SVN deal team.
