NEWS ROUNDUP

DISPOSITION: Midwest CRE Advisors sells 16.5 AC site in Kansas City area. Midwest CRE Advisors has facilitated the sale of 700 East Walnut Road in Raymore, Missouri. The property will be redeveloped with 7 small bay industrial buildings totaling roughly 70,000 SF, plus ample dedicated IOS yard space. ACQUISITION: JLL sells 4.3 AC low-coverage property with IOS in Northern VA. JLL has facilitated the sale of 9110 Owens Drive in Manassas, Virginia. The low-coverage property features an 18,220 SF industrial building. Sam Haas, John Dettleff, Dan Coats, and Ethan Lankford with JLL represented the buyer, Catalyst Investment Partners, in the transaction. The Catalyst deal team included Connor Brophy, Adrian Golec, and Max Heiden.

ACQUISITION: Thematic Capital Group buys 2.41 AC IOS in Tampa area. Thematic Capital Group (TCG) has acquired 5004 15th Street East in Bradenton, Florida. The property features a 10,300 SF warehouse and is currently leased to Dycom Industries subsidiary Lambert’s Cable Splicing Co. Bernard Clevens and Benji Howard led the TCG deal team. Max Loria and David Richman with STL Commercial facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: SRS Industrial brokers sale of 2.76 AC DFW IOS development site. SRS Industrial has facilitated the sale of 812 South 2nd Avenue in Mansfield, Texas. The property includes a 13,200 SF building and will be redeveloped into a Class A IOS facility. Katrina Kieu and Joseph Cooper with SRS Industrial represented the buyer, Conca Capital, in the transaction. Coleman Hands and Charles Nettlefold led the Conca Capital deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Alluvion Partners leases out 2.72 AC IOS in Houston, TX. Alluvion Partners has successfully leased out 1300 South 16th Street in Houston, Texas. The property features a 5,934 SF industrial building. The new tenant is Longdo Trucking Corp. Dean Taylor led the Alluvion Partners deal team. Walker McCairns and Nick Peterson with NAI Robert Lynn facilitated the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 4.8 AC IOS in Inland Empire. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 11184 Almond Avenue in Fontana, California. Ian Armbruster, Tyler Plata, and Austin Hill led the Lee & Associates - Ontario deal team in the transaction.
