DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells 58 AC IOS in Wilmington, NC, metro. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 169 Auction Drive in Rocky Point, North Carolina. The property features 14,400 SF of improvements and is currently leased to Manheim. Jordan Skellie, Andrew Harrill, and Payton Drake led the Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg deal team in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells 7 AC IOS in Greeley, CO, for $7.85M. JLL has facilitated the sale of 2836 1st Avenue in Greeley, Colorado. The property features a 26,154 SF industrial building. James McGill with JLL represented the seller. John Segelke with Segelke Real Estate represented the buyer, GEP Investments Inc.

DISPOSITION: Institutional Property Advisors sells 8.34 AC IOS in Albuquerque, NM. The Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) team at Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 7300 Meridian Place Northwest and 7201 Bluewater Road Northwest in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The property features a 45,000 SF industrial building and is currently leased to Amazon. Peter Bauman and Tivon Moffitt led the IPA deal team in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 4.07 AC IOS in Eau Claire, WI. Matthews has facilitated the sale of 4516 Robin Road in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The property features a 10,940 SF truck terminal building and is currently leased to FedEx Freight. Patrick Nolan and Jack Lenihan led the Matthews deal team in the transaction. Jack Lambeth, also with Matthews, helped to secure financing for the deal.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 1 AC IOS in Boise metro area. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 1 AC of IOS space plus 17,000 SF of industrial space at 900 East Karcher Road in Nampa, Idaho. The property totals 250,242 SF on 25.27 AC. Jake Miller, Harry Sawyer, and Scott Ketlinski with CBRE represented the landlord, AT Industrial Co., in the transaction.

PEOPLE MOVES: Marcus & Millichap hires Patrick Mullen to build IOS team. Patrick Mullen has joined Marcus & Millichap’s New York City office. Patrick, whose previous roles included positions at Catalyst Investment Partners and JLL, will focus on building a dedicated IOS investment team. “Patrick’s specialization in [IOS] advisory strengthens our capabilities in a growing segment of the industrial market,” said Luca Cobucci, M&M’s Director and Sales Manager in NYC.
