R&G sells Phoenix IOS

DISPOSITION: R&G sells 4.41 acres IOS in Phoenix, AZ area for $4,872,500. The Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team of Rein & Grossoehme has brokered the sale of an IOS site located at the southeast corner of 55th Avenue and Bethany Home Road in Glendale, Arizona. Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen with R&G represented the seller in the transaction.

Foundry sells Tampa IOS

DISPOSITION: Foundry sells 2.63 acre IOS in Tampa, FL for $3.6M. Foundry Commercial has facilitated the sale of 7001 Benjamin Road in Tampa, Florida. The property features a total of 12,900 SF of indoor space. Caitlin Quinlan, Lawson Dann, and Jesse Drake with Foundry represented the seller in the transaction. Doug Wood with Wood Realty represented the buyer.

Alterra buys New Jersey IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2.13 acre IOS in Paulsboro, NJ. Alterra IOS has acquired 189 Dominic Lane in Paulsboro, New Jersey. The property features a 4,320 SF warehouse and is currently fully leased to a national tenant. The Alterra deal team was led by Sean Christman. Adam Deeves with Action Commercial Group facilitated the sale.

Industry sells Indiana IOS

DISPOSITION: Industry sells 4.9 acre IOS in Evansville, IN. The Industry Real Estate Partners Everett & Cox IOS Team has facilitated the sale of 3401 Mount Vernon Avenue in Evansville, Indiana. The property features 17,360 SF of indoor space and is currently leased to Brickworks Supply. Peter C. Everett and Wade Cox with Industry represented the seller in the transaction.

Monopoly leases Tampa IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Monopoly leases 2.2 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. Monopoly Group Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 5872 Orient Road in Tampa, Florida.
