DISPOSITION: Kidder Mathews sells 5.14 acre IOS in Santa Maria, CA for $5.7M. Kidder Mathews has facilitated the sale and leasing of 275-351 North Blosser Road in Santa Maria, California. The property includes several industrial buildings totaling 22,903 SF. The Kidder Mathews deal team included Bentley McKean, Abel Contreras, and Jeffrey M. Crocker.

ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 5.2 acre IOS in Orlando, FL metro area. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 1700 Timocuan Way in Longwood, Florida. The property features a 7,547 SF service facility. The Catalyst deal team was led by Brandon Johnson and Kyle Earley. Jerod Freeland and Charles Attaway with Foundry Commercial brokered the sale.

ACQUISITION: Cartage Capital buys 5 acre IOS in Houston, TX metro area. Cartage Capital Partners has acquired 3033 I-10 Frontage in Baytown, Texas. The IOS property is fully fenced, lighted, and stabilized. The Cartage team is led by Steffen van Doesburg. Trey Erwin with Lee & Associates facilitated the sale, while Steven Shaw and Steve Thompson with Prosperity Bank assisted with the financing.

LEASE SIGNED: SVN leases 1.72 acre IOS in Clarksville, TN. SVN Accel Commercial Real Estate has facilitated a 6-month lease for 2727 Union Hall Road in Clarksville, Tennessee. The new tenant is Poynter Sheet Metal. Matthew Graves led the SVN deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 6 acre IOS in Charleston, SC area. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 381 Jedburg Road in Summerville, South Carolina. Tim Raber, Brendan Redeyoff, and Bob Barrineau with CBRE represented the tenant. Tyler Smith with JLL represented the landlord.
