LAUNCH: Trade Properties launches with focus on industrial properties. Trade Properties is launching as a specialized investment sales and advisory firm focused on industrial, flex, logistics, and net lease RE. The firm’s strategy centers on targeted marketing to a curated network of buyers — including principals, 1031 exchangors, and net least investors — to drive stronger sale outcomes. Alongside nationwide investment sales, the firm will offer advisory services including leasing, sale-leaseback optimization, buyer representation, and development partnerships. Founded by brothers Chris Adams and Josh Adams, Trade properties plans to operate through dual platforms: one focused on industrial and logistics assets and the other, Net Net Direct, dedicated to broad-market net least deals.

DISPOSITION: Panther Capital Group sells 5.4 AC in Orlando metro area. Panther Capital Group has facilitated the sale of 2078 Apopka Boulevard in Apopka, Florida. The property features a 12,687 SF industrial facility. The buyer was Patriot IOS. Hector Delgado and Gustavo Velez led the Panther deal team and are currently marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: Kassin Sabbagh Realty sells 3.9 AC IOS in Houston metro area. Kassin Sabbagh Realty (KSR) has facilitated the sale of 23231 West Hardy Road in Spring, Texas. The property includes an 8,000 SF building and is currently leased to Jenkins Transport. The buyer was Center Capital Partners. David Warren and Emil Shabot led the KSR deal team in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Rein & Grossoehme sells 1.9 AC IOS in Phoenix for $2,975,000. The Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team at Rein & Grossoehme CRE (R&G) has facilitated the sale of 878 West Illini Street in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features 2 shop/office buildings totaling 9,400 SF. Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen with R&G represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

FINANCING: JLL arranges $26M bridge loan for 7.75 AC IOS in Anaheim, CA. JLL Capital Markets has arranged bridge financing for 1477 North Jefferson Street in Anaheim, California. Peter Thompson, Kyle White, and Nick Englhard led the JLL deal team in securing the non-recourse, 3-year, floating-rate loan on behalf of North Palisades Partners.
PEOPLE MOVES: Truck Parking Club appoints new Chief Financial Officer. Truck Parking Club has added Victor Westerlund to the team as CFO. Victor’s previous experience includes roles at Verizon and Stax, where he served as Vice President of Finance. At Truck Parking Club, Victor will lead financial strategy and infrastructure development to assist the company in its next phase of rapid expansion. “Victor brings exactly the kind of experience we need at this stage of growth,” CEO Evan Shelley said.
