ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 5 AC IOS in Tampa metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 3927 US-19 in Palmetto, Florida. The property features 27,500 SF of building improvements and is fully leased. Chris White and Morgan Specht led the Alterra deal team. Robbie Lober and Devin Beeler with Lober Real Estate facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 3.95 AC IOS in Raleigh, NC, metro area. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 131 Tradition Trail in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The low-coverage property includes a 9,273 SF industrial service facility. Brandon Johnson and Kyle Earley led the Catalyst deal team. Will Krickovic with Soholux Realty facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 3.9 AC IOS in Chicagoland. Realterm has acquired 9655 Industrial Drive in Bridgeview, Illinois. The low-coverage property features a 28,985 SF maintenance facility and is currently leased to Carrier Corp. The Realterm deal team included Ed Brickley, Gianni Vissat, Joe Noon, Brennan Cascarano, Tommy Feeney, and Jack Devlin. Matthew Knafel with KWILL Real Estate represented Realterm in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Zenith buys 2.35 AC low-coverage asset in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Zenith has acquired 2411 Minnis Drive in Haltom City, Texas. The property features a 23,603 SF building. The Zenith deal team included Vinh Thai and Peter Cannon. Jeff Jackson with NAI Robert Lynn facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 2.4 AC ISF in West Palm Beach, FL. Jadian IOS has acquired 7201 Westport Place in West Palm Beach, Florida. The industrial service facility (ISF) features an 11,500 SF building. Matt Perlmutter, Sara Swift, Alex Stahl, and Daniel Schuchinsky led the Jadian deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Jackson Cross Partners leases 2 AC IOS in Philadelphia area. Jackson Cross Partners has facilitated the leasing of 1401 Industrial Highway in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The property features 2 buildings totaling 14,000 SF. Joe Lange with Jackson Cross represented the landlord, Alterra IOS, in the transaction.
