ACQUISITION: Storm Properties buys 2.5 acre IOS in Greater LA area for $5.9M. Storm Properties has acquired 4320 West 1st Street and 201 South Mountain View Street in Santa Ana, California. The property features an 11,300 SF industrial building and a fully-fenced concrete yard. The Storm deal team included Alan Kwan. Scott Read with Newmark is currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: Terminal Logistics buys 28 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. Terminal Logistics, Center Capital’s IOS investment platform, has acquired 1346 Candler Road in Gainesville, Georgia. The 28 acre property features several industrial facilities totaling 25,000 SF. Mendy Ruder with Lee & Associates - Atlanta represented Terminal Logistics in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 1 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ area for $1.44M. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 134 West Broadway Road in Mesa, Arizona. The low-coverage facility features an 8,500 SF industrial building. The buyer, E Garcia Granite, plans to remodel the facility and use it for its operations. Oscar Lopez, Alex DeSoto, and Erik Manarino with Matthews represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Bleecker Partners buys 3-property IOS portfolio in DFW area. Bleecker Partners has acquired a 3-property IOS portfolio totaling 11.3 acres with 25,048 rentable SF in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. The Bleecker Partners deal team was led by Ben Siegel. Matt Fain with ECR represented the seller. The properties in the portfolio are:

• 2975 Industrial Lane in Garland, Texas

• 11308 South Pipeline Road in Euless, Texas

• 1525 Gilman Road in Fort Worth, Texas

LEASE SIGNED: KBC Advisors leases 4.4 acre IOS in Seattle, WA. KBC Advisors has facilitated a lease renewal for 9600 Martin Luther King Jr. Way in Seattle, Washington. The property features a 29,941 SF industrial facility and is leased to Zum Services. Kevin Skillestad and Michael Roy with KBC Advisors represented the landlord, Terreno Realty, in the transaction.
