ACQUISITION: Golden Lion brokers sale of 7 AC IOS in Charlotte, NC, to Jadian for $8.757M. Golden Lion Capital represented Jadian IOS in its acquisition of 3201 Rotary Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property includes a 41,000 SF building. The Golden Lion deal team included Jack Wood, Jeff Feldman, Cole Scanlon, and Lyman Phillips.

ACQUISITION: Hyde Park Commercial buys 2 IOS properties in Texas. Hyde Park Commercial has acquired 2 IOS assets in Houston and San Antonio, Texas. Both properties are currently leased to MOC Products. Sameed Gagai, Christian Zyire Ardoin-Dural, and Milco Cipriani led the Hyde Park Commercial deal team. The properties are:
4518 Center Park Boulevard in San Antonio — 0.72 AC with a 9,900 SF warehouse
12406 Taylor Road in Houston — 1.3 AC with a 15,300 SF warehouse

ACQUISITION: IG Logistics buys 4.18 AC IOS in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. IG Logistics, Imperium Capital’s industrial platform, has acquired 4200 Broadway Avenue in Haltom City, Texas. The property features 18,469 SF of industrial improvements and is currently leased to Blakeman Steel. Max Boruchov and Daniel Glaser led the IG Logistics deal team.

DISPOSITION: Kassin Sabbagh Realty brokers sale of 4.04 AC IOS in Tampa. Kassin Sabbagh Realty (KSR) has facilitated the sale of 519 Crater Lane in Tampa, Florida. The low-coverage property features a 22,000 SF office/warehouse building. The buyer was Faropoint. Emil Shabot, Jack Zalta, and Daniel Levine led the KSR deal team.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells 1.25 AC IOS in San Francisco. JLL has facilitated the sale of 2217 Revere Avenue in San Francisco, California. The property features a 7,400 SF warehouse. The JLL deal team included Erik Hanson.

LEASE SIGNED: Blokk CRE leases 3.5 AC IOS in Savannah, GA. Blokk Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 5530 Export Boulevard in Savannah, Georgia. Jordan Kim with Blokk represented the tenant in the transaction. Sebastian Findlay with Colliers represented the landlord.
