FINANCING: Arrow REA completes $23M refi loan for IOS in CO and MA. Arrow Real Estate Advisors has completed the refinancing of 409 West 66th Way in Denver, Colorado, and 12 Esquire Road in North Billerica, Massachusetts. Combined, the properties total roughly 23 acres with a combined 69,000 SF of warehouse space. The Arrow deal team included Morris Betesh, Justin Boruchov, and Morris Dabbah.

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 20 acre IOS in Philadelphia, PA area for $5.1M. Alterra IOS has acquired 1090 Walnut Bank Farm Road in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The property features several industrial buildings totaling 42,388 SF. The Alterra deal team was led by Mark Gannon and Sean Christman. Adam Deeves with Action Commercial Group facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: ONE Commercial sells 4.52 acre IOS in Fort Myers, FL for $5.7M. Alessandra Bianchi with ONE Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 3140 Kutak Road in Fort Myers, Florida. The property features a 37,852 SF industrial building.

ACQUISITION: Adana Capital buys 3.75 acre IOS in Dallas, TX. Adana Capital has acquired 605 I-45 in Dallas, Texas. The Adana deal team included Charles Lintakoon and Ross Graves. Mark Grossman with Northmarq facilitated the transaction.

TRUCK PARKING: TRUX Parking buys 2nd location in Memphis, TN metro area. TRUX Parking and Albany Road Real Estate Partners have acquired another location in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The new acquisition adds 3 acres of truck parking to the company’s Memphis area portfolio. The TRUX deal team was led by Alexander Hegner. Luke Colbert leads the Albany Road team.

LEASE SIGNED: Klabin leases 2.77 acre IOS in Greater Los Angeles area. The Klabin Co. has facilitated the leasing of 928 Sigsbee Avenue in Wilmington, California. Tyler Rollema and Matt Stringfellow with Klabin represented both the landlord and the tenant, Arencibia Trucking Inc., in the transaction.
