Curran sells NJ IOS

DISPOSITION: Curran Commercial sells 16.1 AC IOS in Cranbury, NJ, for $20,125,000. Curran Commercial has facilitated the sale of 22 Brickyard Road in Cranbury, New Jersey. The property features 2 warehouses totaling 16,015 SF and 7,250 SF. Carly Kilroy with Curran Commercial represented the seller, while Ben Shapiro with CBRE represented the buyer. Kellen Murphy of Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP provided legal assistance for the transaction.

Hyde Park sells Houston IOS

DISPOSITION: Hyde Park Real Estate sells 12 AC IOS in Houston. Hyde Park Real Estate has sold 8003 Miller Road 2 in Houston, Texas. The property includes 16,100 SF of improvements. Hyde Park acquired the property in May 2025. Sameed Gagai, Christian Zyire Ardoin-Dural, and Milco Cipriani led the Hyde Park deal team.

Bento sells Philly IOS

DISPOSITION: Bento Property Group sells 8 AC IOS in Philadelphia area. Bento Property Group has facilitated the sale of 4258 East Bristol Road in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. The property features an 18,480 SF industrial building. Steven Bentolila led the Bento Property Group deal team.

DAUM sells Phoenix IOS

ACQUISITION: DAUM Commercial brokers sale of 5.64 AC IOS in Phoenix. DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has facilitated the sale of 2815 North 32nd Avenue and 3144 West Virginia Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 42,000 SF warehouse and office building. Chris Rogers, Trevor McKendry, Nick Reinhardt, Nick Fajardo, and Beau Citron with DAUM Commercial represented the buyer, Jadian IOS, in the transaction.

Gramercy buys IOS in Cocoa, FL

ACQUISITION: Gramercy Investment Group buys 6.9 AC IOS in Cocoa, FL. Gramercy Investment Group has acquired 510 Cross Road in Cocoa, Florida. The property features a 7,240 SF industrial building. Avidan Baum led the Gramercy deal team. Luke Brown with Lightle Beckner Robison facilitated the transaction.

Lee & Associates leases Atlanta IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 5.4 AC IOS in Atlanta metro area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 13161 Veterans Memorial Highway in Douglasville, Georgia. The property includes a 6,664 SF industrial building. Lee Steed with Lee & Associates represented the landlord in the transaction. Tyler Logue with CBRE represented the tenant.
