ACQUISITION: APEX IOS buys 6.6 AC IOS in Houston. APEX IOS has acquired 1029 Atascocita Road in Houston, Texas. The property features a 11,100 SF warehouse building. Alex Olshansky and Steve Ruimy led the APEX IOS deal team.

ACQUISITION: CanTex Capital buys 3.6 AC IOS in Fort Worth, TX. CanTex Capital has acquired 8900 Forum Way in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features a 20,268 SF industrial building and is leased to Elite Precision. Cole Collins with Marcus & Millichap facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells 3.41 AC facility with IOS in Phoenix for $6.6M. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of 724 East Southern Pacific Drive in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 44,335 SF heavy manufacturing facility with outdoor storage space. Will Groves, John Pompay, and Charlie Felix led the Cushman & Wakefield deal team in selling the property for the 2nd time in the last 6 months.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 1.73 AC IOS in Pensacola, FL. Matthews has facilitated the sale of 7481 North Palafox Street in Pensacola, Florida. The property features 5,879 SF of building space and is occupied by FleetPride. Jack Lenihan and Patrick Nolan with Matthews represented the seller. Danny Helms with National Title Group also assisted in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Lober Real Estate leases 5.5 AC IOS in Palmetto, FL. Lober Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 3927 US-19 in Palmetto, Florida. The property features a 23,000 SF industrial facility. Robbie Lober and Devin Beeler with Lober represented the landlord, Alterra IOS, in the transaction. Jason McCormick, also with Lober, represented the tenant, Rival.

LEASE SIGNED: Newmark leases 2.21 AC IOS in Denver. Newmark has facilitated the leasing of 13421 East 37th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The property features a 9,800 SF industrial building. Mike Wafer, Michael Wafer Jr., and Mike Viehmann with Newmark represented the landlord in the transaction. Michael Harpole with CBRE represented the tenant, Diversified Truck Leasing.
