DISPOSITION: Dodge Real Estate Corp. sells 12 AC IOS in Jacksonville, FL, for $7M. Dodge Real Estate Corp. has facilitated the sale of 11950 Camden Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The buyer was Monomoy CRE, led by Christopher Tellone and CJ Clark. Dusty Dodge, Johnny Dodge, and Paul Shooster led the Dodge deal team in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: APEX IOS buys 5 AC IOS in Houston. APEX IOS has acquired 2626 Wilson Road in Houston, Texas. The property features a 51,250 SF warehouse. Alex Olshansky and Steve Ruimy led the APEX IOS deal team.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 2.8 AC ISF in Atlanta metro area. Jadian IOS has acquired 7365 Graham Road in Fairburn, Georgia. The low-coverage industrial service facility (ISF) features an 18,560 SF industrial building. The Jadian IOS deal team included Matt Perlmutter, Sara Swift, Alex Stahl, and Daniel Schuchinsky.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells 2.45 AC IOS in Cleveland metro area. JLL has facilitated hte sale of 7405 Industrial Parkway Drive in Lorain, Ohio. The property includes a 9,300 SF warehouse. Sam Everson and Donald Bain with JLL represented the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Newmark leases 7 AC IOS in Denver metro area. Newmark has facilitated the leasing of 9801 East 102nd Avenue in Commerce City, Colorado. The property features a 46,200 SF cross-dock truck terminal. Mike Viehmann, Mike Wafer, Michael Wafer Jr., and Reagan Todd with Newmark represented the landlord, Realterm, in the transaction. Marc Feldman with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant, Outrider.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 6.7 AC IOS in San Fran Bay Area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 2348 Industrial Parkway West in Hayward, California. The property features a 23,000 SF cross-dock terminal and a 5,000 SF shop building. Craig Hagglund and Jeff Huberman with Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Layline LLC. Rusty Kigelman, Robert Ferraro, and Chris van Keulen with CBRE represented the tenant, Manheim.
