PORTFOLIO ACQUISITION: TRUX Parking acquires 35 parking sites from Store My Truck. This strategic acquisition expands TRUX’s national footprint to 68 locations, making it the largest operator of truck parking facilities in the nation. The newly acquired sites are located across key freight corridors and metropolitan areas such as Birmingham, AL, Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA. The TRUX deal team included Joey Goodman, Alexander Hegner, Danny Loe, Mia Schaefer, Cyera Higgins, Matt Irving, Blaise Larrabee, Bret Marks, and George Ettershank.

Marcus & Millichap sells Arkansas OS

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells 6.38 acre IOS in Arkansas for $5.25M. Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 2800 Fair Park Boulevard in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The property features a 26,000 SF industrial building and is currently leased to SRS Distribution. Giancarlo Mata with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction. Matt Davis with Trinity Real Estate Investment Services represented the buyer.

Alterra buys Savannah, Georgia IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2.49 acre IOS in Savannah, GA metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 82 Columbia Drive in Pooler, Georgia. The property features a 14,400 SF industrial building. Sean Christman led the Alterra deal team. Austin Marsh and Stratton Greig with Sands Investment Group facilitated the transaction.

Alpine Partners sells Houston IOS

DISPOSITION: Alpine Partners sells 4 acre IOS in Houston, TX. Alpine Partners has facilitated the sale of 113 Berry Road in Houston, Texas. The property features 20,000 SF of industrial buildings. Derick Perkins and Kyle Fischer with Alpine Partners represented the seller in the off-market transaction. Troup Rolland with Capital Real Estate Commercial represented the buyer.

Matthews sells North Carolina IOS

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 3 acre IOS in Hope Mills, NC. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 217 Woodington Road in Hope Mills, North Carolina. The property features a 6,000 SF industrial building and is currently leased to Flowers Foods. Harrison Auerbach and Thomas Wilkinson with Matthews represented the seller in the transaction.

Lee & Associates leases Phoenix area IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 2.5 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ metro area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 19643 East Warner Road in Mesa, Arizona. The property features a 9,000 SF industrial building. Matt McDougall with Lee & Associates represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

Prescott leases Boston area IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Prescott leases 2.44 acre IOS in Greater Boston, MA area. Prescott has facilitated the leasing of 1 Madison Street in Plainville, Massachusetts. The property includes an 8,874 SF industrial building. David Skinner, Devon Wagner, and Vin Cannistraro with Prescott represented the tenant, Mazzotta Rentals, in the transaction.
