Green Dock buys NC IOS

ACQUISITION: Green Dock Partners buys 16 AC IOS redevelopment site in Charlotte, NC. Green Dock Partners has acquired 7615 Old Mount Holly Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property is a former fuel distribution facility and will be developed as an IOS site. Scott Hensley, Lester Osborn, and Blake Osborn with Piedmont Properties represented Green Dock in the transaction. Frank Larsen and Ben Lucas with CBRE represented the seller.

TCC buys Central PA IOS

ACQUISITION: Titanium Core Capital buys 4.5 AC site with IOS in Harrisburg, PA, metro. Titanium Core Capital (TCC) has acquired 187 South Meadow Lane in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. The acquisiion marks TCC’s first IOS/industrial transaction. The low-coverage property features an 18,794 SF industrial facility and is currently occupied by Tank Holding Corp. Gabe Fisher led the TCC deal team.

Sandra L. Fink sells Las Vegas IOS

DISPOSITION: Sandra L. Fink & Assoc. sells 2 AC IOS in Las Vegas for $2.93M. Sandra L. Fink & Associates Inc. has facilitated the sale of 6665 West Gary Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property includes a 3,836 SF structure. Sandy Fink with Sandra L. Fink & Assoc. represented the seller in the transaction. Bryan Houser with NAI Excel represented the buyer.

Jadian buys FL ISF

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 4.8 AC ISF in Orlando metro area. Jadian IOS has acquired 301 Enterprise Street in Ocoee, Florida. The property features an industrial service facility (ISF) with 5 buildings totaling 51,500 SF and a fully fenced yard space. Justin Fletcher, Alex Stahl, and Daniel Schuchinsky led the Jadian IOS deal team.

R&G sells Phoenix IOS

DISPOSITION: R&G’s Sheehan | Schumacher team sells 1.08 AC IOS in Phoenix. The Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team of Rein & Grossoehme (R&G) has facilitated the sale of 1840 West Sherman Street in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 12,920 SF industrial shop. Jack Hansen, Max Schumacher, and Patrick Sheehan with R&G represented the seller in the transaction.

Partners leases TX IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Partners leases 5.19 AC IOS in San Antonio area. Partners Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 2290 North FM 1516 in Converse, Texas. The property features a 5,250 Sf industrial building. Colten Courtney and Stan Nowak with Partners represented the landlord, Vilco Properties, in the transaction. The Vilco deal team included Blake Blandford, Richard Vilven, and Garrett Vilven. Nick Prater and Mike Weiss with 4M Realty Co. represented the tenant.
