DISPOSITION: Sheehan | Schumacher sells 7.62 acre IOS in Phoenix for $8.3M. The Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team of Rein & Grossoehme has facilitated the sale of 1549 South 59th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features several structures totaling 27,770 SF. Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen with Sheehan | Schumacher represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 50.88 acre IOS in Perryville, MO for $3.8M. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 50 Robinson Industrial Drive in Perryville, Missouri. The property features 51,580 SF of indoor industrial space and is currently leased to SiteOne Landscape Supply. Taylor Dintzner, John Stroud, and Erik Manarino with Matthews represented the seller in the transaction and sourced the buyer, Capital Bay Partners. The Capital Bay deal team was led by Brandon Pike.

DISPOSITION: Newmark sells 8.11 acre IOS in Minneapolis area for $4.5M. Newmark has facilitated the sale of 1241 72nd Avenue Northeast in Fridley, Minnesota. The property includes 2 buildings totaling 31,000 SF. The Newmark deal team included Dan Friedner, Jay Chmieleski, Patrick Cullen, and Mari Hansen.

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 10.83 acre IOS in Tongeren, Belgium. Realterm has continued to expand its European IOS portfolio with the acquisition of Limesweg 2 in Tongeren, Belgium. Strategically located between Antwerp and Liege, the property features an industrial facility totaling 472,094 SF. The Realterm deal team included Balazs Lados and Piet van de Ven.

LEASE SIGNED: Avison Young leases 2.07 acre IOS in Raleigh, NC. Avison Young has facilitated the leasing of 4711 Trademark Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina. The property features a paved and fenced lot. Evan Sassaman and John Gainey with Avison Young represented the tenant in the transaction.
