LAZ Parking buys majority stake in Freight Ninja

TRUCK PARKING: LAZ Parking buys majority stake in Freight Ninja. LAZ Parking has secured a majority stake in Freight Ninja Truck Parking Solutions. Through the agreement, Freight Ninja will have access to financial and operational support to help fuel its growth. Meanwhile, the deal will diversify LAZ’s portfolio with Freight Ninja’s network of 50 IOS locations spanning more than 300 acres. The LAZ leadership team includes Alan Lazowski and Jeffrey Karp. John Borsellino leads Freight Ninja.

Realterm buys South Florida IOS

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 8.43 acre IOS in Pompano Beach, FL for $25M. Realterm has acquired 3120 Northwest 16th Terrace in Pompano Beach, Florida. The property features 2 maintenance shop buildings totaling 15,000 SF. The Realterm deal team included Stephen Panos, Arnie Capute, Richard Seybolt, Christina Chan, Joe Noon, Elizabeth Runge Lenau, Colin O’Brien, and Benjamin King. Roberto Susi and Jose Sasson with Axiom Capital Advisors facilitated the transaction.

Stream sells IOS in Southern CA

DISPOSITION: Stream Realty Partners sells 8.59 acre IOS in Fontana, CA. Stream Realty Partners has facilitated the sale of 15500 Valencia Avenue in Fontana, California. The property features several industrial buildings totaling 374,180 SF. Stefan Pastor, Brad Yates, Ian Armbruster, Trevor Wright, and Nick Mercurio with Stream represented the seller in the transaction. Michael Lee with Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

Panther sells South Florida IOS

DISPOSITION: Panther sells 1.03 acre IOS in West Palm Beach, FL. Panther Capital Group has facilitated the sale of 2605 Old Okeechobee Road in West Palm Beach, Florida. The property features a 7,500 SF industrial building. Matthew Demetrius with Panther represented the seller and was the only broker involved in the transaction.

Industry leases Atlanta area IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Industry Real Estate Partners leases 6 acre IOS in Atlanta area. Industry Real Estate Partners has facilitated a long-term lease for 12801 Veterans Memorial Highway in Douglasville, Georgia. The property features 23,000 SF of industrial buildings on 6 usable acres. Drew Finney with Industry represented the tenant in the transaction.
