ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 6 property IOS portfolio in Florida and Georgia. A Jadian IOS deal team that included Alex Stahl, Kees t’Sas, John Grib, and Dan Schuchinsky has closed on a 6 property IOS portfolio in Central Florida and Georgia. The portfolio totals 16.1 acres. The properties are:
6601 East Adamo Drive in Tampa, Florida — 17,500 SF on 2.3 acres
6801 East Adamo Drive in Tampa, Florida — 17,400 SF on 2.2 acres
115 South 78th Street in Tampa, Florida — 31,090 SF on 4.1 acres
5127 Recker Highway in Winter Haven, Florida — 10,760 SF on 1 acre
560 Cynthia Street in Jacksonville, Florida — 23,783 SF on 3.5 acres
115 Don Cutler Sr. Drive in Albany Georgia - 5,050 SF on 2.9 acres
ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 7.47 acre low-coverage site in Garland, TX. Alterra IOS has acquired 2660 Market Street in Garland, Texas. The property features an 87,780 SF building on a fully concrete paved lot. Alterra was represented in the transaction by Alexander Harrold with Matthews RE Investment Services.
ACQUISITION: Colliers facilitates sale of 3.74 acre IOS in Ventura, CA. A Colliers Buyer Advisory team has brokered the sale of 320 West Stanley Avenue in Ventura, California. The property features a 34,634 SF industrial building currently leased to Sunbelt Rentals. The sale also included 4 cranes. The Colliers deal team was led by Chris Smith, Andrey Mindirgasov, and Nadav Kariv.
ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 9.4 acre IOS in Bradenton, FL. Open Industrial has acquired 2000 63rd Avenue in Bradenton, Florida. LEASE SIGNED: MDTA leases 2.7 IOS in Baltimore, MD for bridge cleanup. The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) will lease 2.7 acres of IOS from Tradepoint Atlantic to store equipment and materials related to the cleanup and rebuilding of the collapsed Key Bridge. The IOS site is located at Sparrows Point in Baltimore. MDTA will pay $146,000 per year for the next 5 years under the lease agreement. The Tradepoint leasing team is led by Bill Pellington, Toby Mink, and Jon Casella with CBRE.
