ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 6.15 acre IOS in Denver, CO area. Jadian IOS has acquired 7625-7627 Dahlia Street in Commerce City, Colorado. The property includes a 14,980 SF maintenance shop. The Jadian deal team included Kees t’Sas, Alex Stahl, John Grib, and Daniel Schuchinsky.
ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 8 acre IOS in Lakeland, FL for $6.35M. Alterra Property Group has acquired 5050 Gateway Boulevard in Lakeland, Florida. The property features a 37,500 SF industrial building. Mike Farley with Boutique National facilitated the deal.
ACQUISITION: Matthews brokers sale of 13.24 acre portfolio in Akron, OH. Matthews RE Investment Services has brokered the sale of an industrial portfolio with IOS in Akron, Ohio. The Matthews deal team included Andrew Wiesemann and Ashton Miller. The portfolio included 1033 Kelly Avenue (3.69 acres of IOS) and 1240 Triplett Boulevard (4.295 acres of IOS).
ACQUISITION: R&G sells 2.93 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ for $3.1M. The Rein & Grossoehme (R&G) Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team has facilitated the sale of 304 South 67th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The R&G deal team included Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen.
LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 5.12 acre IOS in Fontana, CA. Colliers has leased 15551 Boyle Avenue in Fontana, California. The property features an 83,140 SF building. The Colliers deal team of Joey Reaume, Richard Schwartz, Nick Moscicki and Alexander Davis represented the landlord, First Industrial Realty Trust. The First Industrial deal team was led by Ryan McClean.
