ACQUISITION: Fleet Parking buys 52.77 acre IOS in Newark, NJ. Fleet Parking Solutions has acquired 740 Doremus Avenue in Newark, New Jersey. The site is fully-fenced and gated with onsite security. Space can be leased by the stall or by the acre. The Fleet Parking deal team was led by Frank Mazzola.
DISPOSITION: Friedman sells 12 acre IOS in St. Louis, MO for $5.2M. Friedman Real Estate has brokered the sale of 7400 North Broadway Street in St. Louis, Missouri. The property features several industrial buildings for a total of 102,400 SF. A Friedman deal team led by Derek DeLaura represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer is a national LTL trucking company headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2.8 acre IOS in Richmond, VA metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 11144 Progress Road in Ashland, Virginia, a suburb of Richmond. The property features a 9,700 SF warehouse. Jimmy Martin with Colliers represented Alterra in the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 4 acre IOS in Tulsa, OK. CBRE has facilitated the lease of 3744 South Jackson Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The property includes a 7,680 SF warehouse. The CBRE deal team included David Glasgow, Alex Powell, and Kurt Giller.
PEOPLE MOVES: Arden Logistics hires new Managing Director of Acquisitions. Arden Logistics Parks, Arden Group’s RE operating platform focusing on light industrial parks and ISFs, has named Charlie McCombs as its new Managing Director of Acquisitions. McCombs previously served as Senior Director of Investments for Affinius Capital.
