ACQUISITION: Ridgecut Road buys 2.5 acre low-coverage site in Union, NJ. Ridgecut Road has acquired 2461 Iorio Street in Union, New Jersey. The property features a 10,000 SF service facility. The Ridgecut Road deal team was led by Scott and Eric Shalek. A JLL team led by Jason Lundy, Marc Duval, Jordan Avanzato, and Nick Stefans represented both sides of the transaction.

ACQUISITION: TruCore buys 5.44 acre truck terminal in Kansas City, KS. TruCore Investments has acquired 6125 Speaker Road in Kansas City, Kansas. The property features a 17,250 SF cross-dock truck terminal and maintenance facility. TruCore will continue to lease the facility to its current tenant for a short time, after which it will market the property for lease. The TruCore deal team was led by Zachary Harris.

LEASE SIGNED: Imperium leases 20 acre IOS in Nashville, TN. Imperium Capital’s IG Logistics has leased 131 West Express Drive in Nashville, Tennessee. The property features 20 acres of outdoor storage close to the CSX Intermodal, as well as Downtown Nashville. The new tenant is IMC Logistics. Imperium is led by Daniel Glaser and Sam Schneider. Nathaniel Weikert with OnPace Partners facilitated the long-term lease.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 1 acre low-coverage site in Vancouver, BC area. CBRE has facilitated a long-term lease for 1700 and 1900 Valmont Way in Richmond, British Columbia, a suburb of Vancouver. The property features a 5,280 SF warehouse. The CBRE deal team included Luc Soares, Joel Barnett, Steve Brooke, and Alex Mei.

TRUCK PARKING: National Truck Parking opens 38.7 acre lot in Memphis, TN. National Truck Parking (NTP) has opened its newest location at 4867 Getwell Road in Memphis, Tennessee. The 38.7 acre secured lot offers more than 1,000 truck parking spaces.
