Outpost invests in EV Realty

PARTNERSHIP: Outpost announces investment in EV Realty. Outpost has announced a strategic investment in EV Realty. The investment will assist EV Realty in its efforts to build a Class 8 charging network for the US freight ecosystem while strengthening Outpost’s position as a go-to fleet infrastructure platform. Trent Cameron leads the Outpost team. The EV Realty leadership team includes Patrick Sullivan and Alex Maghami.

CushWake sells Phoenix IOS

DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells 3.41 acre IOS in Phoenix for $4.6M. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of 724 East Southern Pacific Drive in Phoenix, Arizona. The low-coverage property features a 44,335 SF heavy manufacturing facility. Will Groves and John Pompay with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction. John Stroud with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services represented the buyer.

Alterra buys NC IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 6 acre IOS in Greensboro, NC. Alterra IOS has acquired 2800 Liberty Road in Greensboro, North Carolina. The property features 15,600 SF of building improvements and is currently fully leased to a vehicle maintenance tenant. Gavin Weaver led the Alterra deal team. Gray Gaines with Avison Young facilitated the transaction.

K2/Bear buy TX IOS

ACQUISITION: K2 and Bear Development buy 1.86 acre IOS in Laredo, TX. K2 Real Estate Capital, in partnership with Bear Development, has acquired 14710 Atlanta Drive in Laredo, Texas. The property includes a 4,000 SF office and 600 SF open-air truck maintenance facility. Mitchell Kaplain led the K2 deal team.

LH Capital leases FL IOS

LEASE SIGNED: LH Capital Partners leases 1.5 acre IOS in Orlando metro area. LH Capital Partners has facilitated the leasing of 2501 Industrial Street in Leesburg, Florida. The property features a 40,000 SF industrial building plus 1.5 acres of IOS space. The LH Capital Partners deal team included Ryan Hutkowski, Nick Hanson, Nick Ledvora, Tripp Duke, Sam Ashe, and Griffen Kreutzberg.
