NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Zenith buys 4 acre IOS in Greater Boston metro area. Zenith has acquired 2 Whitman Road in Canton, Massachusetts. The property features a 12,000 SF industrial building. Steven Bentolila with Bento Property Group sourced the opportunity for Zenith. The Zenith deal team included James Baker and Judah Strulowitz.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells 3.3 acre IOS in Hammond, LA for $1.475M. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 41321 Thompson Road in Hammond, Louisiana. The property includes 9,000 SF of warehouse space. Tom McGee with Lee & Associates Baton Rouge represented the seller, JP3 Investments, in the transaction. The buyer was KKNC Properties LLC.

DISPOSITION: Simpson CRE sells 3.39 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC metro area. Simpson Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 2023 Richard Baker Drive in Stallings, North Carolina. The property features 11,890 SF of industrial improvements. William Hatcher and Wells Herndon with Simpson CRE represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells 2.92 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 7021 East Broadway Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The property is currently 100% leased to a national tenant. The property features industrial buildings totaling 4,546 SF. Noah Zuckerman led the Marcus & Millichap deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Binswanger leases 17.1 acre Philly area IOS for Criterion Group. Binswanger has facilitated the leasing of 8 East M-Y Lane in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. The new tenant is Hainesport Transfer. Chris Pennington with Binswanger represented the owner, Criterion Group LLC, in the transaction. Chris Sullivan led the Criterion Group deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: RCR leases out 1.3 acre IOS in Raleigh, NC metro area. Rich Commercial Realty (RCR) has facilitated a 5-year lease for 10305 Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville, North Carolina. The new tenant is a prominent paving company based out of Charlotte. Nick Kasprzak with RCR represented the landlord in the transaction. James Bailey with Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
