NEWS ROUNDUP
M&A: Stonepeak acquires Fleet Companies. Stonepeak has acquired Fleet Companies, a trailer dealership and leasing business with operations in Memphis, Nashville, and Dallas. Fleet will be part of the trailer platform Stonepeak plans to build out through continued M&A activity. Stonepeak’s leadership team includes Michael Dorrell, Jack Howell, and Luke Taylor.
DISPOSITION: CBRE sells 3.92 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. CBRE has brokered the sale of 4195 Hickory Flat Highway in Canton, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The property features a total of 3,955 SF of indoor space. The CBRE deal team was led by Tyler Logue.
ACQUISITION: FWI brokers sale of 4.59 acre IOS in Kansas City, MO area. Fischer Weiler Industrial (FWI) has facilitated the sale of 15211 South US 71 Highway in Grandview, Missouri, a Kansas City suburb. The property includes a 7,000 SF drive-in maintenance facility and has a long-term tenant in place. Henry Weiler and Andrew Fischer with FWI represented the buyer in the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: Simpson CRE leases 1 acre IOS in Raleigh, NC area. Simpson Commercial RE has facilitated the lease of 6940 Cokesbury Road in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Carter Dickinson with Simpson represented the landlord in the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: Open Industrial leases 2.5 acre IOS in Northern Virginia. Open Industrial has executed the lease of 9155 Mike Garcia Drive in Manassas, Virginia. BrandSafway is the new tenant. The Open Industrial deal team included Jared Okun, Joshua Gurland, and Michael Hutton. Jon Dettleff and Sam Haas with JLL facilitated the transaction.
