DH Property Holdings buys NJ IOS

ACQUISITION: DHPH buys 108.33 acre site with IOS in Philly area for $21M. DH Property Holdings (DHPH) has acquired 22 and 84 Flood Gate Road in Logan Township, New Jersey. The property features 2 buildings totaling 126,500 SF, along with 28.4 improved, dedicated acres for IOS. Dov Hertz led the DHPH deal team. Scott Mertz with NAI Mertz represented DHPH in the transaction.

IG Logistics buys Philly IOS

ACQUISITION: IG Logistics buys 10 acre IOS in Philly area for $7M. Imperium Capital’s industrial platform, IG Logistics, in partnership with Meadow Partners, has acquired 1528 Bristol Pike in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. The property features an 18,500 SF industrial service facility and is currently leased to Indian River Transport. Daniel Glaser and Thomas Mammolito led the IG Logistics deal team.

Alterra buys Minneapolis IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 7.8 acre IOS in Minneapolis. Alterra IOS has acquired 1700 North 47th Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The property features 18,000 SF of industrial buildings. Dan Larew, Jack Nei, and Eric Batiza with JLL facilitated the transaction. Parker Pearson led the Alterra deal team.

Daum leases Phoenix IOS

LEASED SIGNED: DAUM leases 4.81 acre IOS in Phoenix. DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has facilitated a 7-year lease with a national construction group for 2041 West Adobe Drive in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features 18,900 SF of warehouse and office space. Chris Rogers, Trevor McKendry, Nick Reinhardt, Nick Fajardo, and Beau Citron with DAUM represented the owner, Jadian IOS, in the transaction.

LRE leases FL IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Lober Real Estate leases 2.4 acre IOS in Clearwater, FL. Lober Real Estate (LRE) has facilitated the leasing of 12895 Automobile Boulevard in Clearwater, Florida. The property includes a 5,900 SF industrial building. Jason McCormick with LRE represented the tenant in the transaction, while Robbie Lober and Devin Beeler — also with LRE — represented the landlord.

Weber Rector leases NoVA IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Weber Rector leases 3 acre IOS in Northern Virginia. Weber Rector Commercial Real Estate Services has facilitated the leasing of 7326 Old Compton Road in Manassas, Virginia. Chuck Rector with Weber Rector represented the landlord in the transaction.
