ACQUISITION: Prologis buys 4.84 acre IOS in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prologis has acquired 24701 Clawiter Road in Hayward, California. The property features 2 separate 10,000 SF shop buildings and immediate access to I-880. The Prologis deal team included Nick Fafoutis, Alireza Harandi, and Janet Galvez. Nick Ousman, Greig Lagomarsino, and Chris Stauber with Colliers represented both Prologis and the seller in the transaction.
DISPOSITION: advisoRE sells low-coverage site in DC area for $3.29M. advisoRE has brokered the sale of 4601 Lydell Road in Cheverly, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, DC. The property features a 12,293 SF flex building on 2.13 acres with yard space. The advisoRE deal team included Alexander Alperstein and Clark Turner.
ACQUISITION: Kidder Mathews closes sale of low-coverage site in Tacoma, WA. Matt McLennan with Kidder Mathews represented the buyer in the sale of 1106 Center Street in Tacoma, Washington. The 0.48 acre property includes a 6,232 SF industrial building.
LEASE SIGNED: Formation leases 1.4 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. Formation Real Estate has facilitated the lease of 5012 Mosson Road in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features a 9,455 SF warehouse/office building. The Formation team of Robert Sawyer and Grace Ruby represented the landlord in the deal.
FINANCING: Albany Road secures financing for 4 acre IOS in Nashville area. Albany Road Real Estate Partners has secured debt financing for 41 Fant Industrial Drive in Madison, Tennessee, a Nashville suburb. The property is 100% leased to Pioneer Coach. Wintrust Financial Corp. provided the financing, while Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group assisted with the capital raise. The Albany Road deal team was led by Scott Cloud.
