ACQUISITION: Timber Hill buys IOS portfolio in Laredo, TX. Led by Cary Goldman and Ryan Battistoni, Timber Hill Group has acquired 4 IOS properties in Laredo, Texas, to launch its TH Cross Border Fund I. The properties are:
701 Enterprise Street — 10.2 acres
18701 Metropolitan Road — 2.52 acres
18729 Metropolitan Road — 3.25 acres
4006 Quivira Drive — 7.23 acres
ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 4.17 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area for $2.9M. Catalyst IOS has acquired 5035 Highway 42 in Ellenwood, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The property features a 3,000 SF warehouse. Ryan Swartzberg and Judd Swartzberg with Swartz Co. Commercial RE represented Catalyst in the transaction and are responsible for leasing the property.
DISPOSITION: Unique Properties sells 1.4 acre IOS in Denver area for $1.8M. Unique Properties has sold 5400-5430 West 56th Avenue in Arvada, Colorado, a Denver suburb. The property includes a 5,600 SF warehouse. The Unique deal team of Javier Gonzalez, Sam Leger, and Graham Trotter represented both sides of the transaction.
DISPOSITION: M&W sells 5.27 acre IOS in San Antonio, TX. M&W Real Estate has sold 5400 West US Highway 90 in San Antonio, Texas. The property features a 16,500 SF industrial building. The M&W deal team included Brett Lum and Carlos Marquez.
LEASE SIGNED: L&A leases 4.27 acre IOS in Sumner, WA. Lee & Associates has facilitated the lease of 810 140th Avenue Ct. E in Sumner, Washington. The property features a 12,600 SF shop and a 6,006 SF office. An L&A deal team led by Andrew Hull represented the tenant, a national logistics company.
