M&A: TRUX merges with TPM to form largest truck parking co. in US. TRUX Parking has merged with Truck Park Management (TPM) to create the largest truck parking management company in the nation. By combining resources under the TRUX Parking name, the newly expanded team seeks to address the country’s truck parking shortage. The new TRUX executive team is led by Danny Loe, Joey Goodman, and Alex Hegner.
ACQUISITION: Hampton Yards buys 11.64 acre IOS in Aurora, CO for $6M. Hampton Yards has acquired 16451 East 2nd Avenue in Aurora, Colorado. Kristjan Danis and Paul Schneider with Pinnacle RE Advisors represented Hampton Yards in the transaction, while Thomas Graeve, also with Pinnacle, represented the seller. The Hampton deal team was led by Tucker Robinson, Jeff Robinson, and Jack Witte.
ACQUISITION: Genesis buys 12 acre IOS in Florham Park, NJ for $12M. Genesis LLC has acquired 80 Passaic Avenue in Florham Park, New Jersey. The property is currently leased to 26 different tenants. The Genesis deal team included Jake Gerber, Ezra Husney, and Michael Hess.
ACQUISITION: SRS sells 4.87 acres IOS in Bakersfield, CA. SRS RE Partners has brokered the sale of 2113 Taft Highway in Bakersfield, California. The property features a 12,000 SF building. The SRS deal team was led by Max Finn.
LEASE SIGNED: M&W leases 1.5 acre IOS in Selma, TX. M&W RE has facilitated the leasing of 16887 Lookout Road in Selma, Texas. M&W’s Jake Wilkinson and Colten Courtney represented the landlord in the transaction.
