L&A sells Atlanta IOS

ACQUISITION: Lee & Associates brokers sale of 13.4 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area to Dalfen. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 3833 Jodeco Road in McDonough, Georgia. The property features 12,000 SF of industrial improvements. Lee Steed with Lee & Associates Atlanta represented the buyer, Dalfen Industrial, in the transaction.

Engel & Volkers sells FL IOS

DISPOSITION: Engel & Völkers sells 4.08 acre IOS in Orlando, FL area for $2M. Engel & Völkers has facilitated the sale of 5256 CR 542F in Bushnell, Florida. The property features a 2,896 SF warehouse and office building, along with a separate 1,850 SF industrial building. Chris Pixley and Logan Berkowitz with Engel & Völkers New Smyrna Beach represented the seller in the transaction.

GRP buys Tampa IOS

ACQUISITION: Greenspring Realty Partners buys 2.32 acre site with IOS in Tampa. Greenspring Realty Partners has acquired 7810 Professional Place in Tampa, Florida. The low-coverage property features a 14,434 SF heavy industrial facility on 2.32 acres. Daniel Flamholz led the Greesnspring deal team.

Friend sells DC IOS portfolio

DISPOSITION: Friend Commercial sells 1.5 acres of IOS in DC metro area. Friend Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 8422 and 8444 Ballew Avenue in College Park, Maryland. The 2-parcel portfolio totals 1.5 acres with 4,152 SF of industrial improvements. Joseph Friend and Ted Kroos with Friend Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.

Forbright closes NJ IOS financing

FINANCING: Forbright Bank closes $14.5M acquisition loan for NJ IOS. The Real Estate Finance team at Forbright Bank has closed an acquisition loan for a 4.7 acre IOS property located in South Plainfield, New Jersey. The Forbright deal team included Bryan Cavalier, Katherine Lew, Jessica Balsam, Catherine Holmes, and Dare Andrews Oriol.
